

Afterpay Appointments FAQ

Afterpay is a service that allows you to shop now and pay later, with no interest charges. The total cost of your brow appointment will be split into 4 payments. Each payment is due to Afterpay every 2 weeks until all 4 four payments are completed.

No. Afterpay payments will not affect your credit score, as they are not reported to credit reporting agencies.

Step 1:
Book your appointment date and time at this link HERE or use the online scheduler at the bottom of this page to book. You will not be asked for any payment or card info when scheduling your appointment.Step 2:
Check your text message and email for your Afterpay invoice.
It will arrive within 1 hour of your booking.Step 3:
Click on the Afterpay invoice link in your text, complete the Afterpay set up and make your 1st payment to Afterpay. Make sure to do this within 48 hours of receing your invoice. If you don’t have an Afterpay account, you will be asked to create one. Simply log in if you already have an Afterpay account.
Step 4:
That’s pretty much it! Our team will receive notice that you’ve completed the Afterpay process and we will text/email your appointment confirmation. 😊Please note that after 48 hours, clients that have not completed the Afterpay set up will have their appointments cancelled and may need to restart the process all over.

Are there sufficient funds on your card? Afterpay uses several different factors to determine eligibility for their installment payment service and a major factor is making sure you can pay the 1st installment payment.
You can always reattempt to process your Afterpay invoice as you have 48 hours to complete the process from the time the invoice was sent.
If you’re still unable to get Afterpay to approve you, we will unfortunately need to cancel your Afterpay appointment at the end of the 48 hour period. As a last resort, you may book your appointment with us the regular way at this link HERE. -
We allow same day cancellation by request. Please call or text at least 2 hours before your appointment time if you need to cancel. The deposit fee is non-refundable however we will refund you for the balance on appointments that are cancelled according to our 2-hour notice policy.
If 2 hour notice is not received, 50% of the balance will be charged as late cancellation fee and you will be refunded the remainder. -
We allow same day rescheduling by request. Please call or text at least 2 hours before your appointment time if you need to reschedule. Each Afterpay client is allowed 2 courtesy reschedule at no additional cost.
To reschedule for a 3rd time, an additional deposit fee will be required. -
Afterpay charges an additional 6% fee that has been included in the total price of the Afterpay appointments.

Afterpay takes the total cost of a service and splits it into 4 equal payments for customers. Your invoice is for the total cost of the appointment however you will only need to pay the 1st payment when completing your Afterpay invoice at the time of booking.
The remaining 3 payments are scheduled by Afterpay on a 2 week per payment schedule.
