For Afterpay
Deposit
Due to a 2-3 hour time-slot being reserved for you at the time of booking, deposit fee payments are non-refundable. However, the deposit fee is deducted from the total service cost.
Afterpay Refunds
Please read our cancelation and no-call no-show policy below for refund policy.
Cancellation
We allow same day cancellation by request. Please call or text at least 2 hours before your appointment time if you need to cancel. The deposit fee is non-refundable however we will refund you for the balance (not the deposit) on appointments that are cancelled according to our 2-hour notice policy.
If 2 hour notice is not received, 50% of the balance will be charged as late cancellation fee and you will be refunded the remainder.
No-call No-shows
We do not allow no-call-no shows under any circumstances. Please call or text at least 2 hours in advance if you cannot make your scheduled appointment time for any reason. Same day cancellations are allowed however failing to show up to your appointment without giving notice will result in $0 zero refunded back to you. By booking your appointment you agree to this policy.
Rescheduling
We allow same day rescheduling by request. Please call or text at least 2 hours before your appointment time if you need to reschedule. Each Afterpay client is allowed 2 courtesy reschedule at no additional cost.
To reschedule for a 3rd time, an additional deposit fee will be required.
Late Arrival
We know it’s LA and there’s traffic. Call or text to let us know if you are running more than 15 minutes late. We'll meet you upon arrival. If you will be running more than 15 minutes late, the cancellation and rescheduling policy outlined above applies.
Booking confirmation and Pre-Care Instructions
Upon booking, confirmation details including your pre-care instructions will be sent to your email. It is your job to review the email carefully and ensure you follow the pre-care instructions.
Communications from Us
Auto communications about your appointment such as pre-care, aftercare, reminders, directions and parking instruction will be sent to your email days before the appointment. Please make sure you are checking your email for them. You can always text or call at at (213) 537-7575 if you have any questions or concerns.
