Your journey to becoming your own BOSS starts our Microblading Training.
Total price is $1,690. The $450 commitment fee will be credited towards the total class cost. Balance is due the Monday before the class.
Fussy Brow Studio’s owner WILHEMINA, will instruct a 1 day group training revealing her technique and theories to creating the most natural microbladed eyebrows for clients of all skin types.
The training starts at 9AM and ends at 7PM. Prior to the class, students must complete a online Blood Borne Pathogen training as required by the city’s Health Department. The link to the BBP training will be sent to students in their class confirmation email. (Out of state student’s should see below for more info). Students must also watch and complete Fussy Brow Studio’s online videos on microblading theories (skin anatomy, sanitation, and color theory) prior to the day of the class. Access to the videos will be given to all students the Monday before class.
This is an interactive and hands on small group training with WILHEMINA. The day of the class will kick off with introductions and reviewing of the topics covered in the online training videos. After the review, the rest of the class schedule will flow like this:
10AM - 1PM
-Understanding the structure of the brow
-Intro to blades and body positioning for microblading
-Understanding how to hold different blades
-Intro to brow the pattern
-Latex/inkless skin practice
-First Pass/Second Pass
-Transparent skin practice
-Brow Mapping on Paper
1PM - 1:30PM
Lunch (provided by the Fussy Brow Studio Team)
1:30PM - 6:30PM
-Brow Pattern practice
-Mapping on mannequin
-Tray set up demo
-First and Second Pass practice
-How to document appointments
-How to successfully practice at home
6:30PM - 7PM
After the training, WILHEMINA will answer all student questions in a Q&A session.
7PM-7:30PM
Certificate ceremony where a congratulatory toast will be made, and photos will be taken for students to share on Instagram.
Kit Info
All students will receive a kit with the blades, practice pigment, tools and supplies that WILHEMINA uses for all of her client appointments.
Certification
All students will receive a FUSSY BROW STUDIO certificate of completion at the end of class.
Class Location
The class venue is located in Culver City on Washington Blvd. The specific address will be sent out to you in the class confirmation email.
Live Model
A live model day is where you will practice working on a live model under WILHEMINA’S supervision and help. This class option includes a live model. A private 1-on-1 complementary day of training is extended to students with a scheduled model day, to help you practice. Model day and the complementary day of training are scheduled based on your availability. All model days are held in our studio and all supplies and tools will be provided to students for the model day. Our team can also provide a model for students who cannot find one themselves, or for students coming from out of state. The model day and the complementary day of training is included in the total price of this training. Upon registering for the class, our team will reach out to you to schedule your 1. model day, and 2. your complementary day of training.
DAY 1: Group training class on the date mentioned in the booking flyer or booking link.
Day 2: Private 1-on-1 training. Date and choosing of your choice based on your availability. Morning, afternoon and evening times available.
Day 3: 1-on-1 live model day. Date and choosing of your choice based on your availability. Appointment time is 10:30AM.
On model day, students will go through an entire appointment with WILHEMINA’s guidance and help. You will:
-Set up the work tray and studio for the appointment
-Take before photos, after photos of your model
-Map and shape your model’s brows
-Go through pigment color selection for your client
-Complete first pass of the brows
-Complete second pass of the brows
-Go over aftercare instructions with your model
-Clean and sanitize the studio and all reusable tools
-Dispose of all disposable tools appropriately.
You will leave model day feeling much more CONFIDENT in your ability and ready to take on clients by yourself!
After Class Support
We are available to all students for support after the class for 12 months. Students can text, phone or email any questions they have when working on models of their own or any questions they have while practicing, or even setting up their business and studio. We respond to all student messages promptly!
